The world is a big place and we want to explore as much as we can whilst we can through the eyes of the different generations of the family, we’ve travelled so far already and although many places will be revisited there is still so much more to see and share the best bits, the not worth it and tips for making the most. From travel with little ones to teens, solo and as adults we’ve been there, doing it now and planning for the future.
Cerys is a mum of 2 and founder of Rainy Day Mum. But many moons ago she carried her home on her back and lived and explored the world. Working as a marine biologist in Greece and the Costa Rica as well as been given the passion to travel by her parents she intends to install the same passion to her own kids exploring the world with them and giving them the strength and knowledge to go off and explore on their own.
Jeremy is dad, an IT Geek that hasn’t travelled far in reality and seeing the world is something that is kind of scary but he wants to do not from the sofa but see it with his own eyes and explore with his own feet. Follow as he like the kids really travels for the first time often out of his comfort zone and with kids and wife leading him onwards to more interesting and exciting places and experiences.
Meet the Kids
J and T are the two little ones – the world to them is new and wondrous. J was born in August 2009 and wants to be a Jungle explorer when he grows up possibly working in Brazil and the place he most wants to visit is the Amazon Rainforest – although any rainforest will do. T was born in March 2011 the little sister and until recently wanted to be a Princess, but now she wants to be a bird watcher and find as many different sorts of birds as she can.
